- Install anti virus software, update regularly, and use them regularly.
- Do regular backups. If you contract a virus it may be the only way to recover your data.
- When possible, avoid e-mail attachments both when sending and receiving e-mail.
- Never open email attachments with the file extensions VBS, SHS, or PIF.
- Avoid attachments with sexual file names.
- Do not trust the icons of attachment file. Worms often use executable files which have an icon resembling icons of picture, text, or archive files to fool the user.

Shop Labor Rate
In-shop service rate - $55.00 per hour
Same Day Express Service - Billed at 1.25 x hourly rate
Typical turnaround time for in-shop service is approximately 48 hours.
On-site Labor Rate
On-site service is billed at $75.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge. A destination charge applies if you're more than 15 miles from our Wilkes-Barre office. This transportation fee is charged from our office on 67 Public Square in Wilkes-Barre to your location at our normal hourly rate. Travel time is one-way and applies only for the time it takes to get to your location.

We service all types of business clients, from home and small-business owners to large corporations. Full 24/7 Support
Technology can need attention anytime, so we offer all of our services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our normal business hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Extended-hours service is 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. weekdays. Service on Saturdays and Sundays is always available. Count on Jungle Computer to be there whenever your systems need attention. Phone Support
We can fix many problems over the telephone. Just call us with the problem. If we can't fix it on the phone or by connecting to your computer, we will send a technician to your site.
